It was Papagayo's Mexican Restaurant before it was Quagmires. I worked at Papagayo's for several summers during the late 80's and early 90's.
Both of them had really great tasting food.

This is a little known tribute to the troops that was added to an out of the way little place on the memorial. Few people ever see it.
This is actually the Smithsonian's Arts and Industries Building which is located next to the Smithsonian Castle.
