I hope you enjoy these. Most of my photographs are taken while bicycle touring with my partner, Rachael. I'm strictly an amateur, getting by with a point and shoot that I can slip into the pocket of my cycling jersey. Maybe when I retire I'll take it more seriously, carry a tripod, and learn what I'm doing; but for now I'm just happy to have something to remember our travels by.

Nice shot.
LIKE. All my best wishes, NewerMan.

Correct. The panniers do not fit through the gap. We became tired of lifting them over and experimented with the turnstile, but that worked poorly also. Very unfriendly cycle path!

Belíssima foto, parece uma pintura!! Um grande abraço! Saudações de Belém - Brasil

Yeah it definitely has a lot of drop offs, and it is quite steep since you go from the valley floor to the top in only a couple miles. But the views from it are definitely worth it, they're incredible. As long as you're sure footed, which I'm sure you are with all your climbing, it won't be a problem.

Best regards,

Excellent shot! Was in the surrounding area-summer of 2013.
