This is the changing rooms for the old Lido bathing pool. There is no public access now though, it regulary floods at high tide.
If you zoom in on the map the position is accurate.
Those are the 'Shivering Sand Towers' there are another set of towers a few miles to the west called the 'Red Sand Towers', these are in slightly better condition and all towers are still standing.

No flash used in this photo just a Maglite and head torch.

Enterance to Ramsgate's Royal Harbour. Beware of sand bank on Eastern side, depth to the west of sand is approx 1.6M below CD.
