Hi Simon, I was searching for pictures of Williamstown and I came across your excellent montage! Made my day Mate. Im in Nigeria right now so looking back at the Valleys on my home screen makes me feel good and miss the old place. My Mum,Dad and most of my Family still live there on Alfred St. Excellent job & thanks once again!
almost 60 years ago, I used to vacation at this place during the Coal miners Summer Holidays, I'd like to thank Simon Williams for giving me my very happy memories back, if you have more photos, please paste them. Is the Old Manor House still there? TyDu which is where the name comes from, that's where we all stayed for 2 weeks back then
Hello Simon, I love your photo's.My grandfather was born in Williamstown and he left in 1929 for Canada. He had only returned once in 1956. Hope you post more.
Hi Simon thank you so much for the photos - my husband has been sitting in front of the computer deep in nostalgia. He recognised 30 Cornwall Rd. immediately, in spite of the cars and the cable tv discs on the roofs. He remembers sitting on the pavement outside No.30 and climbing the wall and taking off up the hill.

Hi Albert thanks for your comments. Yes you are correct there were a row of houses at the end, there is only ruin's of them there now so sad it’s a beautiful place to live. I will go there later and take some pictures for you and post them on here. Just open any picture of mine up and click on my name.
