Hi Augusto, Re "Buried up to the differential", do you have any other comments on the circumstances behind the photo? Looks like a bunch of guys far from home caught up in a war they did not particularly want! Best wishes, John

Oi Augusto, RE "Enterrou-se até aos diferenciais", você tem outros comentários sobre as circunstâncias por trás da foto? Parece um bando de caras longe de casa pego em uma guerra que particularmente não quero! Os melhores cumprimentos, John

Oh, I forgot. A sample of hair was taken from the head and only turned up many many years later in the UK effects of someone who was there at the time. The name of "Bambata" had been spelt in reverse - Atabmab - in the containing slip of paper. When the DNA was check (presumably with that of living decendents of Bambhata in the Mpanza area)it did not prove the connection, so perhaps the Maputo (Lorenzo Marques)version of his escape was indeed correct! Hi Dianne,

Thanks for your various comments and visiting my photos.

It is indeed a very testing course!

Hi Elaine,

Sorry I cannot help. Suggest you Google holiday accommodation Ballito or Dolphin Coast. You have however left it very late in the year so it may be a problem! Also the matrics from around the country traditionally have their end of year "rave" in Umhlanga and Ballito, so be sure to ask where the accommodation is in relation to their activities!

Regards,

John

eeeeeee... to nie zmartwienie chyba, tylko zaduma...

Hi Nick, Many thanks the kind words. Think I used Photoshop to sharpen a little! Best wishes, John

Thank you Bernhard. The majestic power of nature!

See you are very well traveled, including Durban! Best wishes, John
