I am an enthusiastic amateur. I use 35mm film and digital. My photographic aspiration is to produce landscape photos that present the subject in the most pleasing and natural way possible. I no longer participate in the forum due to the absolute pig's ear that G**gle have made of it. I appreciate sincere comments and will endeavour to visit the galleries of those who leave them. There was quite a bit of netting and scaffolding where the new work is taking place. We didn't go inside this time as the queue went around two sides of the building, but the walk around the outside showed how much has been added since our last visit nearly 10 years ago. The building still astonishes and inspires me.

I am loving this Sony digital camera for the quality of the images, but I still take additional film shots with whichever 35mm camera takes my fancy.

Many thanks,

Many thanks Stokesia. After taking this shot, I found someone on Flickr had taken one from the same viewpoint, but on a sunny summer day, so it must be popular.

Is THAT what its called Diane? I do like finding things like this so yes.... its very entertaining for me.

Also for many other Panoramaniacs who love puns (I see you have membership of that group too).

Many thanks - David

Well said, Ray, but if you look at the ever rising costs of rented accommodation in London, one would would have to be very innovative to survive, and life on the streets may be the only way! I hope your grandson is continuing to enjoy his Europe experience. :)

Have a great weekend, Amelia

Very impressive Like
