arno, the colors of the southwest are awesome. that's why i saw s.w. photos in my mothers Sunset magazines every month. as a child living north of seattle dreamed of seeing it someday. been living here for 15+ yrs and plan on spending my last day here and hopefully get my ashes spread over lake powell. thanks again, for another LIKE.

Jim van Ommen, Wise questions you ask, my friend. I think it has very little to do with the camera we use or the fancy equipment we may acquire, but everything to do with the things and views we see individually through that lens. How we appreciate these things is reflected in what others may see, if they can only grasp the reasoning behind such wonder and beauty that is our beautiful earth. How do we caption God? We could spend a lifetime trying and never succeed. Such generous and magnificent views he has lavished upon us. I always know God is in every place I am. I see him in everything. I am in constant awe of his greatness and hope in some small way I have reflected this through my images.
Thank you for visiting. It is always a pleasure hearing from you. Sending cheerful greetings to Tasmania from The USA tonight, Mary Alice

TonyWalker Studio4t1 It was the camera I was told not to use as it looked too large and the tripod was the other thing that alerted them. Crazy attitude whatever :~) Petty people

For me, this is a very interesting capture. As far I understand, the job was well done.

Thanks you for sharing. Of course, I LIKE this photo.

See you soon… Best regards from Grasse, in France.
