Actually me myself was surprised to have the photo with caption "near La Trinidad, Agusan del Norte" where in fact this is exactly along JC Aquino Avenue, Butuan City. The adjacent structure of this building to be exact is the Ati-Atihan restaurant owned by one of the doctors in BDH. I always park my car in the parking lot of BDH so i know exactly its location. (: So its a sad note to have that final caption. I'll make it a point to have the caption replaced. Thanks for calling my attention!
