Nice picture, I have seen this too, in the port of Cebu City.

This building is no more...

Looks like a lot of work just to replace the pavers with concrete.There was so much construction rubble piled up I thought they were remodeling the entire pier. But resurfacing was needed as I recall. We use the pier everytime we go back to Maasin arriving by ferry from Cebu. Maybe it will be finished for our next trip. Thanks for the reply.
