Hi Ian,
My identical photo which I posted in the group shows two protesters walking up the highest shell. Unfortunately we didn't hang around to see what was going on. We proceeded our walk into the Botanic gardens. It wasn't until helicopters started hovering around that we knew something was going on. Later at night on the news it was mentioned that protesters had hung anti Harvey Norman slogans (in red) from the shell. Missed all that unfortunately.
