Never heard of Oregon Pass....I know that Siskiyou Pass is the summit pass on Interstate 5 between Jackson County Oregon, and Siskiyou County California...It rises to 4310 feet, ( 1314 meters ) making it the highest spot on Interstate 5.... This looks like the view going north towards Ashland, and Medford....Did you just make up the name Oregon Pass ??? My wife and I were probably the only Cubans in Medford in 1975.....Sierra Cuban, Miami, Florida.....

When my wife and I first entered Oregon here ( Siskiyou Summit on I-5 ) in September of 1975, there was a beautiful rustic wooden sign here with the words Welcome to Oregon....Too bad that it probably got too run down, or maybe run over.... Nice view of the cute brunette though.... Sierra Cuban, Miami, Florida.
