Hinter diesen Schildern befanden sich in Richtung Müritz Schießbahnen für die Flugzeug-Bordwaffen. Da sind wir 1962 mit den neuen Soldaten von der Kaserne neben der ehem. Werft noch zum Schießen gegangen.Man konnte unzählige verrostete, aber noch befüllte Patronenmunition bis ca.30mm Kaliber finden. Es wurde viel Unsinn damit getrieben, zum Glück ohne ernste Schäden!

Construction of the residential apartment buildings completed in 2009 and construction of a new mall has nearly reached completion behind it.
Having seen other, even older photos on Google Earth/Maps, I have little faith that they will be updated any time soon.
