Thanks for stopping by! I'm retired (yay!), a grandmother of two, a painter and avid user of Google Earth. Photography is a relatively new hobby and I really don't know much about using my camera, but I like what I see when I look through the viewfinder.

You will notice a lot of abandoned, broken buildings and objects in my gallery. I live in a region left behind economically and culturally - in many ways it has done this to itself - and stuck in the 1950s and 60s. My taste in subjects runs to the darker side, so that works out for me.

Thanks Fred. I have eaten kid in Spain. A speciality - but like all these very young animals, I find them flavourless and textureless (I prefer fuller-tasting, older meat from northern Europe). Anyway, many thanks for like 11.
