Check the car license platter you'll find where this place belongs. If it is in Suzhou, platter will have first two characters like "苏C" (JiangSU Province, city sequence C: Suzhou), and with car reg numbers after.

Yeah this one is called "Ling-shan Da-fo" (Mt.Ling Grand Buddha). You've probably put at a wrong location but if you use Google Earth you will easily find the location in Wuxi. I'm recommending it to a correct location where you would probably find hundreds of similar photos.
