NAGY Albert
on Google Maps
I'm a musician, working recently at the North Hungarian Symphony Orchestra in Miskolc, as Co-principal bassoon. I love to photograph trains, mostly as they appear in beautiful landscapes. My favourites are the Swiss narrow-gauge railways. I like to plan my photo-excoursions, spending hours watching potential photo places in Google Maps and GE, studying the timetable and weather forecast.

Yes I think your are right... It is clear looking at your photos, that you (the Swiss) have the expertise of mountain trains ;-)

SzalaiÁrpi, faisasy, Ossewa: Köszönöm! Thank you! :-)

i liked this one very much....and your Norway through the window one too

Thanks! It was a normal scheduled plane from the netherlands to norway. (SAS i mean.)

Cette image est suggèrent très. Je me présente exactement la même chose les gares russes! (babelfish translation)

I only say that a trip along this train would be a very peacfull and antistress trip.

Cheers, Alex

Pompeii is a difficult place to photograph - it is too ruined to look like a living town, and too complete to look like a ruin. There are very few places where you can capture a sense of human scale. The garden where the plaster casts of the eruption victims are displayed is surprisingly chilling - like walking into the scene of a massacre.
