Hi Rex, you are more than welcome to use my photo on your blog. I have several more that you are welcome to in Panoramio. If you want the original processed pic for higher resolution, just let me know.
This is NOT a statue of Old Yellowhair, G.A. Custer. It is a picture of two gents on horseback, about to shake hands. Note the right hand of the guy on the left is holding the left hand of the guy on the right. That's where they join when shaking hands. The name of the piece is 'BINDING CONTRACT', i.e., a handshake alone sufficed as the way of doing a deal. This bronze now sits in front of Beaverhead Home & Ranch (former Chamber of Commerce) in Dillon, MT. There may be one or two identical works located in the SW U.S., including one in Elk City, OK, at the Western Oklahoma Bank. The artist is Bradford J. Williams.
I don't know anything about the family that once lived there. I suspect during the nasty 04 & 05 hurricane seasons is when the house got severely damaged and eventually razed. It was used in the 2006 Miami Vice movie. http://sffl.comcastbiz.net/page25.html

That doesn't look a thing like Crazy Horse. ;)
