Its the Chapter House off the Great Cloister Canterbury Cathedral

This is not Canterbury's Catholic Church [although it would have been a Catholic Church before the Reformation]. This is in the last remaining tower of the medieval church of St Mary Magdalene in the Burgate Canterbury. The more recently built and whole building of the Catholic Church of St Thomas of Canterbury stands behind it.
