Ah Hans, I can almost see the grass blades moving on here in the light breeze. A great shot demonstrating the good use of Depth of Field to good advantage. Yes, this is very similar to mine taken from a similar spot in Somerset. Regards, Herb
Hello Hans. You can hardly believe that I have not noticed your comment on here until today. Please accept my sincere apologise. Anyway thanks a lot for this and I shall now take a look at yours. Regards, Herb
Thanks Herb, for your kind comments,
This picture was taken right after a huge shower. The moment I arrived on top of the hill the sunshine came through, while the dark clouds drifted off. Quite a dramatic scene and still one of my favourites!
Oh dear, it's a long time since I reviewed this picture and it looks like I owe some apologies for very late acknowledgements.
Andreas, Eva, antorenz, Hans, jby601, thanks so much for your almost invisible visits here. (I shall blame it on Panoramio hiccups?). However better late than never, I am very pleased indeed to read your comments today and just happy that you all liked this at the time.
mbjaviation, thanks to you, I have now spotted the other comments too and I must also thank you for bringing the typo to my attention. (As did jby601). I have now corrected the spelling, as that was the intended word. Hope that you too, liked this.
Greetings to you all, I shall pop over ot your galleries now! Herb

A tried and tested traditional picture of a beach. You have caught these pebbles quite well and the sky is great. Love these colours. Well done, Herb
