As that page in Yahoo Answers says "Note that on Wikimedia projects, Creative Commons licenses using Non-Commercial are used only under fair-use".
I don't see what rationale I can give for fair-use though. And for you, fair-use is much worse than creative commons - as far as I know fair use does not require a license at all, all one needs to do is provide a rationale.
Maybe if I saw how another image of yours was used in the commons I'd learn another way. I search the common and no image there is attributed to you as far as I can see.
Anyway, thanks for your general willingness to share, though I can't use it for now.
A minute after seeing the previous image, I found this one, That's an awesome view of the lighthouse, very well done. Would you be willing to do the same (remove the Noncommercial restriction, so it can be used in wikipedia) from this image as well?
That's the skeletal tower that replaced Green Cape lighthouse, isn't it?
I would very much like to use this image in the Cape Green lighthouse wikipedia page. Would you be willing to remove the "Noncommercial" tag from the license, so it can be used in wikipedia?
Great shot James. I took this same shot with my Nikon D90 in February 2008 and was about to upload it when I got the shock of my life - your almost identical shot was already on Panoramio. The tree on the left still has the same twigs on it that are in my photo - amazing. Photographers must have the same appreciation of what makes for a good photo as you have taken several other photos that I shot. One in paticular was "Asteroid", a strangely shaped rock that looked like an eye. Well done! Neil.

Dug into the clay lake bed after the Mungo Woolshed was built, this water tank was used to store run-off from the woolshed roof.
