Actually, it's Sunset Beach. Look in the background. There is a large black triangular thing right next to the water on the point. It's a rubber outlet for drainage for the Sunset Point area. I used to live in the house right next to it. You need to rename the picture. It's located in the correct place on Google Earth, though.

Das Bild wurde aufgenommen auf dem Buckelwiesenweg in Mittenwald am Morgen des 3. September 2003 gegen 8 Uhr. Ich kam aus der Jugendherberge in Mittenwald (Buckelwiesenweg 7) und bin in Richtung Mittenwald Zentrum aufgebrochen. Die Blickrichtung zum Wettersteinmassiv stimmt. Ob der Tonihof in der Nähe liegt, kann ich nicht beurteilen, ich bin nicht ortskundig.

In 1969 I climbed over the edge of the cliff on the right of Pali lookout and placed my Military ID card under a rock there. I wanted to go back to that spot some day, but now I'm getting to old for the climb.
