looking down from the Summit of Massada, you can see the remains of one of the many Roman Siege camps that surrounded the area, along with a Siege wall, it is only here that Roman Siege works have survived because Massada was lost after the Byzantine Monks left in the 5th century c.e.

This is a beautiful little garden hidden away, you will have to look hard to find it,The Summer Palace is wonderful to see but it takes time,don't let your guide rush you, you will need at least 4 hours to enjoy this wonderful place,it was the highlight of my trip to China.

The best place to see the Great Wall is at Juyong Pass, the Wall at Badaling is usually much too busy as most Chinese visit this part
