I'm the coach for a 11-year-old girls team here in northern California, and I like to wear different team shirts when I coach.
Besides Sunderland shirts, I also own shirts from The Magpies, Chelsea, 'Boro, England National Team and some foreign shirts like AS Roma and the Costa Rica National team.
Whenever I visit a new place, I like to pick up at least one shirt. My family in Seaham were not happy with me when I came back to the house from Lilywhite's with the black and white stripes, but I don't care. I wear it with pride!
I lived in Newcastle, off the Westwood Road in the 1970's and visited St. James many times.
