The island is 4 km north from coin de mire! Cap Malheureux is approxomately 14 km away! the size of the island (Isle de plate)is wrongly interpreted! It is at least as big as coin de mire! There is no picture on google earth! Please update. G. Nowak
Back from diving safari in ile plate around 5 PM in march 2003. Two huge whales cruising friendly between ilot Gabriel and Mauritius coast. We followed them for almost 30 minutes ! Unforgetable... Protect life, save the whales.
