Nobody lives there. The light is automated. In the past there used to be 3 lightouse keepers living, till they died in an severe storm. Plenty of tales came out of it, for sure you can find the "Mistery of the Flannan isles" around the web.
Nowadays seagulls, puffins, a few skuas and rabbits are the only permanent residents on the island.
I do not know the name of the beach centered in the picture. However I can see that whoever took the picture was not at the beach. It is at least 10km away somewhere near Papapapaiti Falls.
The interface says "This position has already been corrected." Don't you believe it! You could place the icon in Paris and still get the same message. The icon is obviously misplaced (incorrect).
