the real name is "Pont Regemortes". 300 meters across the Allier river. The the salmons follow...

The bourse may at one time in history have served as town hall, I should check that out, but I think sandberg confuses this with the 'belfort', which today is not even townhall at all. The town hall is on the other side of the 'kattestraat' also on the grote markt
