Nice view. However, the title is not of any falls on Rice Cabin Creek. The water flow you've placed this image near is on an unnamed tributary to Smith Creek (at least I haven't been able to locate any name for it).

Lack of water is due to the Army Corp of Engineers, Florida, and Alabama to waste it on fresh water muscles. Current policy on water release to other states has the lake 20' below full pool, nearly all the boat ramps on 240 miles of shoreline are closed (including Bolling Mill). Many businesses that depend on the lake for restaurants, marina's, bait stores, have closed thanks to greedy water hogs outside of Georgia's borders. The fight continues.

Looking back toward the park's boat ramp from the opposite shore. I got there by walking along the now-uncovered original Route GA-53.
An original overpass for drainage under the original Route GA-53.
That's the original Route GA-53 going across the almost entirely dried up cove.
Only puddles remain. All the water is on it's way to Alabama and the shellfish in Florida.
