I remember going down inside of this sub sometime between 1951-54 as a kid when I lived on Guam when my dad was stationed at COMNAVMAR. The sub had not been restored at that time and it was pretty scary to climb down into.

One of the Japanese tanks was moved just down the hill from the naval hospital. The last time I saw it was 2002.

That's a beautiful shot. I visited Cannon Beach when I was stationed up in Washington. I'd love to live there.
