This USED to be the most important Shopping Street in Bath - Milsom Street looking noth towards the junction with the London Road. However the "centre" has moved southwards to tghe River and the Former Southgate Centre now (1/09) demolished and due to reopen (partially at least) later this year in re design "faux - palladian" style
