Connecticut Yankee back again. I had an extensive gallery that was eliminated for some reason so I am working on rebuilding it. Many of my old friends will recognize these. I am not re-uploading all the images from the old site but just the ones that I like the best. I hope you enjoy your visit here. I do not have a lot of time to spend on Panoramio but if you leave a comment, I will try to get back to you! Thanks for stopping by.

Connecticut Yankee's conversations

OK, wav-Anhang geht hier ja nicht ;-)

Not so many left in Connecticut Michael although interestngly they are building more in Vermont. Saw a lot of newer ones there when we were up there last. This one was built in 1842 and is where I proposed to my wife....she loves covered bridges.

Thanks Michael. This one was in my original gallery. It is from about 6 or 7 years ago. We have had a hard winter here. I won't mind not seeing fall again for a few months!

Thanks Michael. Not much has changed since the last time I was there. This was actually my first time to the New York side. I always crossed into Ontario to see them. A little more difficult now as you need a passport!

Thanks Michael! I find this kind of thing fascinating but it is difficult when one does not know the language.

Thanks Chris. This is actually a few years old and was in my original gallery that was deleted by Panoramio. In fact I took the photo on my drive home after having met fellow Panoramions Hank Waxman and Tom Lussier up in Shenandoah National Park.

Wonderful. I love native hollies. Wish they grew this far north!

Thank you very much. By the way I used to live in Lakeville, CT
