The house at the far end of the street with the brown roof is where my best friend since childhood grew up, and I also lived there for a few years as an adult. We played by that smokestack as kids & his mother still owns the house today. Great memories.
From Calif., while working in Detroit on Red Dawn remake I made the trip to this bridge, It was like a warm blanket, GFR was my first concert in early 70s at the forum in Los Angeles. Mi. is a great state, I had a good time while here, The people are super friendly.
P.S. I am not sure the Mark, Don or Mel did the graffitti, Most likly a fan, That would be cool if they did.

I'm glad that it is finally being renovated, and will soon be inhabited again, such a great old building. It's been vacant since 1973.
