This is not Whitelee Moor National Nature Reserve in the Scottish Borders. It is Vindollanda Roman excavations in Northumberland, England. i wanted to suggest a change of position but the photo is locked.
nztony, you need to be careful when you intend visiting St Kilda. The weather at any time of the year can be treacherous and trips can be cancelled at very short notice. I can recommend thecharter company that took me as follows:
