Having permission has not protected anyone in the past. The problem is, you not only need permission to use the photo, you need permission to give Panoramio a virtually unlimited right to use the photo. Panoramio must have this to host the photo. This is a beautiful view on St. Peter’s Basilica. We can see also the St. Angel Bridge & the Tiber before sunset in the middle of the spring. In my opinion it’s one of the best photos of Rome.
