I do know what it is, Billy. It's what's covering the entire UK. I just saw Theolfa's link -- totally amazing!

The truth is, I love snow, even when I've lived up north and had to deal with it in daily life. I saw my first snowfall when I was 15, and it was love at first sight! ;-))

Cheers from a still chilly Miami (47 outside, 55 inside).

Many thanks, Randall - making these reflective images is great fun. For some of the very best, here is one in Amelia's amazing gallery. She will be pleased to see your images :O)

Here is a link to another whodunit, Billy - I thought of you immediately! Should we start a detective agency? :O)

Thanks very much, Udo and Randall - I hope to do better on another grey day - the sky opened up right after I started shooting - couldn't keep the rain off the lens - or me - I was so wet I fogged all the windows when I got back in the van :O)

Nice scene Paula, I think winter would be the time to attack a castle: the moat would be frozen.

Beautiful, with the delicately shaded sky and the moon floating over the romantic image.

I agree with Billy the framing is brilliant, Mira.

I look forward to seeing the other uploads.

This picture has evoked the fantasies of my childhood.

Greetings from Miami,

Mary
