Photo taken from the pier in the harbor of the fishing village of Puerto Angel, showing the typical fishing boats used by the villagers. The men fish before dawn, then bring their boats in around 8 AM, when they run the boats onto Playa Principal to be unloaded, mostly by their wives and children. Dave DaveLadely@aol.com

Hey Nathalie & Tim, great picture!!! I am going to Mexico this summer and I will try to find a nice beach around Oaxaca because we want to visit Chiapas and Oaxaca so we can´t go to the Caribe area... Would you recommend me this beach or any other in the region??? I have read something about some beaches that have some danger cause of the waves and the ocean currents...is that right?
