This is actually the best photo I've seen of Observation Park just south of the airport. Planes land or take off over the field in front - the runway begins on the other side of Dorsey Rd (on the lower right). The object to the left of the parking lot is a playground sliding boards, etc. set. The lane running along the forest tree-line is the BWI Airport Bike Trail, whose trailhead begins just off the left end of the photo.

Thank you! Couldn't do anything about the window dirt (in between the panes) and all I did otherwise was try to get some of the haze out and sharpen it a little. The colors are pretty much what we saw out the window!
