There is 2 reasons why most my images are so small.
#1 It saves space so that I can upload more. At last look PanOramio only gives 2 gig's of space.
#2 It keeps people and businesses from using my images without my consent. The smaller the file (DPI,Pixels )the lower the quality and when it comes to printing anything bigger than a 4x6 will begin to loose sharpness.
There are many of us PanOramio users who do this ..
