Typical Village cricket club. The green and clubhouse were the result of the work of Copford Cricket Club members who began to play cricket here in 1974.

This church dates from about 1130 and was built using large amounts of Roman and Medieval brick. Most of the south wall, seen here, dates from the 14th century.
