I suggest you change the title of the photograph. It is not a memorial to the murderers of Reinhard Heidrich, but the brave Czech patriots who executed for the good of his country. And those killed by the Nazis who formed the whole clergy of that church.
My father worked at the Naval Electronics Laboratory in San Diego as a Scientist, when the Prinz Eugen was in port prior to being towed to the Atomic Tests. He went aboard to research alot of the electronic equipment (most was removed their). A German naval officer gifted him with a water color painting that was in the Officers Quarters. I thought that was interesting and made me a real fan of this magnificent ship.
2ème stèle en partant de la gauche il s'agit du soldat John Heston, matricule: 4428, du Gloucestershire Régiment. Mort au combat le 23/07/1916. ( Bataille de la Somme ) Il s'agit donc du cimetière : « Serre Road Cemetery N°2 » situé sur la commune d'Hébuterne dans le Pas-de-Calais.
