The location of "near Borhānlū, Āz̄arbāyjān-e Gharbī (Iran)" is generally correct. Mar Zaia is located in the village of Guy-Tappah (Burnhalu is ~1 mile southwest of Guy_Tappah), 5 miles southeast of regional capital Urmia (meaning “city of water” in Assyrian) of West Azerbaijan state, which is in the very northwest part of Iran. All 4 of my grandparents and both of parents lived in this village and attended services in Mar Zaia; I have been in the church dozens of times during 60s and 70s.
