Staying in the Poppies Lane area in mid-'97 my girlfriend and I checked out the Bounty Hotel. It became quickly apparent that here was another establishment catering almost exclusively to white travellers, as we got cold stares from them as we walked through the grounds (we are Chinese).

I've come across 'hotels' like this in Phuket (Thailand), Malacca (Malaysia), Corfu (Greece). There's even a Chinese restaurant in the center of Melbourne city (Australia) that only serves whites.

Travel makes the world smaller and broadens one's outlook? Not for those xenophobic people; they should do everyone a favour and stay home.

Yeah that is a great spot and a beautiful pic. I was there last year my only complaint is Bunbury is too expensive for it's own good though.
