That's right mate, I got the heads-up the day before from my boss and also from Drew. I hadn't seen the event publicised anywhere up until then.

rdgates1 I am an amateur photographer that lives in Northern Minnesota and I love to photograph all of the Northeastern section of Minnesota. I also am fortunate enough to be able to travel around the country and see other states. I was originally born and raised in South Carolina, but I did not experience the four seasons there. I enjoy having all four seasons, I especially love Autumn and I have many photos of the Fall colors. I hope that everyone viewing these photos enjoy them and I welcome comments on them.
