Heather, many thanks! I'm quite the historian.. not! Where would we be without Wiki and our public libraries? Wiki can be depended on to be accurate these days. Although I have a poor memory for details I have become ever more interested in our little-known history, thanks to Pano. Which is why it will be such a wrench if we lose Pano! And the history is amazing! We don't need to read about the US wild west to get our historical surprises.

Yes Heather, rail has taken a huge hit in WA. With our distances you'd think they could do better. If nothing else, I wish we could find the will and resources to get a couple more steam heritage runs going. Our one steam line struggles. Regards..
