Yes this is the view down the valley from Mowbray Falls. Bit of a walk to get there- We took our lunch and sat on the top of the falls. The sounds of the falls was ot deafening - just peacefull. You could watch the butterflies flying below in the gorge. In June - it was not too hot to walk the sidetrack of the Bump Track Walk- marked walk.

fixed up the position of the falls to 16° 35' 8.26" S 145° 26' 21.27" E . Hopefully this updates to right position on Google Earth - so you an get a more accurate location.

Vegetation thins out as you climb towards Glacer Rock along the Douglas Track. About 2 hours walk in from Speewah Campground.

Looking down towards Kamerunga - the Barron River in the distance. It was a cold day, low cloud & overcast but what a view. In the left corner you can just see track of the Kuranda railway

Access to Douglas Track is via Djina-Wu Track and this track starts at the Speewah campground.
