这个基本不可能，只要流进平原地区的河流，入海口都是浑浊的。不单单是长江。而比如奉贤的碧海金沙，或者金山的海滨浴场那样的，其实都是利用地球是圆的道理，在视平线外修建了一道隔堤。还有大型的沉淀池进行海水的沉淀，你可以理解成是出了通氯气杀毒外，其实就是个自来水生产厂的沉淀池。这个杭州西湖其实也是在钱塘江引水，然后修建了几个大型沉淀池，然后再将清水引入西湖。
