These old limestone quarry entry ways were inundated by a flood in the late 70's. Around the corner from this location is a partially collapsed highwall.

Great colors!! My wife and I have been going to Nashville in Oct. for the past 3 years for the color and the atmosphere of Nashville. We take this exact road to get to the different cottages that we have rented and will be staying at again this year.

I don't think the lights are on unless during the holiday period. It takes more time/resources to take them down and then put them then to just shut them off when they are not used. The last set of lights were also damaged while in storage.

Thanks for the information. I have renamed the picture. I passed through your town in October and found it to be a very charming place.
