ОК, "Энергоатом" есть, но недавно. Раньше он назывался "Росэнергоатом". Но "Энергоатом" – это дочерняя структура "Росатома", бывшего "Минатома" – министерства СССР.

Так что при СССР это было министерство по атомной промышленности, а теперь - госкорпорация "Росатом":
