I learned to swim in that pool in the late 1950's...My dad, Cyril Honour, was an Admin asst. with The Bucks Water Board, then in Pebble Lane, Aylesbury....we got changed in the pump house, and hung our clothes over what I now know to have been The Dancers End Beam Engine, now in The Kew Bridge Steam Museum.
