This is a wonderful, unique little shop on Geneva's South Third Street called The Paper Merchant. The owner changes out decorations with the seasons, but the yellow bicycle is always there.
We have stopped at this ghost town several times for lunch on the way up to the Superstition Mountain Lakes. These two folks are 'The Beans', Garbonzo and Chickpea. They perform little impromptu songs at the local 'saloon'. They made up a cute song featuring our grandson Andrew. He was slightly embarrased but he loved it. In this photo grandpa chats with the Beans, they suggest to him that if he were to join the group he would be 'String Bean'!
This is a photo of the arched bridge at Fabyan's Forest Preserve. I took this shot several winter's ago with my 'old fashioned' Nikon. I took a photo of that photo with my digital to upload here.
