it stopped because of threats of militants... darra was twice under the control of extremists... now situation improving, army took over, military all around, all guns/drugs shops closed.. rathe replaced by chapli kebab shops mostly (did u taste that ever in darra?) .. i live in sweden but was in pak (and in darra) last month, situation improving, let peace prevails

This picture is not Jiao he, but Gao chang. It's close to Turfan, but it's not the same old city.
