I do believe this building has now been torn down. It was in rough shape, especially on the back side where the back walls were bulging out. There had been a fire set inside at some point.

I just stumbled on this pic. Seems that 'Maggie' has no sense of humor..lol! I remember when the highway used to pass right through that plant. Bird City? I visited there last fall and posted video from there on my YouTube channel. Thanks for posting this great photo on Google Earth!

That used to be the oldest store in BC until it burned down around 1995 or so. Had great ice cream!
